I’m participating in the 2010 Buried Treasure project created by Seth Apter. And this is the image I am reposting. It is one of my favorite posts–at least my favorite today, as I had to make a choice.
Visit Seth’s site at The Altered Page to find many more treasures from other artists!
Fine work, Jude. Greetings from Wales, UK. Love those blues…

one of the coolest things about buried treasure is finding new blogs, art that is so very different (from my own:) and loving it! I look forward to perusing your other posts and checking out your art. I do mixed media and can’t draw a figure to save my life – well, maybe. anyway, nice to meet you and best of luck in your creative ventures!

Beautiful drawing. I guess this is watercolour, tissue paper and ??? Whatever the effect of movement is excellent.

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments!
Svetlana, yes, and the ??? is ink and liquid acrylic. The gold acrylic is actually quite shiny and metallic, although it doesn’t show in the digital image.
